I am going to run out of the boring stuff very early in this list.  Life has been a little hectic, and work busy as usual.  I went to work yesterday looking like grizzly adams.  It was not out of the norm.  Since I work every third day, and don’t like shaving, it was a rush job to look presentable at work.  I got in and started on that before I even had the chance to check out my ambulance.

So yesterday was relatively uneventful, no really cool calls.  Coming home this morning on time was a treat and I actually got a little sleep at work.  This is all a good thing.  I came home to a cleaner than usual house.  No bitching about that.  Now here is the problem.  The in betweens (my nickname for the younger step kids) were arguing like screaming banshees.  They usually (not always) get up and get ready for school on there own.  This morning their arguing woke Tori.  So I am stuck on the couch watching super why?  A cheesy PBS type program.  So I chose right now to start blogging.

MY day is going to be a good one.  We are starting the Atkins diet today.  I need to lose weight and this diet worked last time I tried it.  Today is also the last day that I will smoke cigarettes.  When this pack or this day runs out, I am done.  No more.  So expect angry blogs and minor frustration with the world at times.

At a minimum today I will set up the DVD player off the list, but I also intend on starting p90x today.  If I am going to do something new, why not try three things at once.  I will stop smoking, I will lose weight and I will work-out.  I am not going to Vegas being a 220 lb fatty.  That I am am just done being the smoker.  My plan for tomorrow is that every time I feel like I want a cigarette, which actually isn’t often on the Chantix, I am going to do something.  I really think tomorrow will be the most intense day.
